“Just 5 Minutes” per day – Live via Facebook or Periscope – we will move for “Just 5 Minutes” each day. We will speak about various different types of mainstream workouts, discuss PT strategies, focus on what you can do at home, versus what you can’t.

No experience or equipment needed. You can also just sit there for 5 minutes and watch.

It’s all about taking the first step forward, and sometimes half the battle is showing up. You will be able to see me, but I can’t see you.
