For individuals newly diagnosed with EDS, those who are highly suspect that they may have EDS, or if you’ve been told that you have “loose joints,” this EDS “Boot Camp” is for you! The workshop will provide a solid foundation and understanding of what EDS is, what it is not and what it could be.
We will discuss biology, microbiology, the various systems in the body and how they work together. We will also discuss education on different movement, nutrition, and mind-body techniques to help improve the quality of life, and overall well-being of individuals with living hypermobility syndromes, such as Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and other chronic, often invisible chronic illnesses.
You will come out with a deeper understanding of hypermobility syndromes, such Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, its comorbid conditions, and feel empowered to take baby steps towards improving your overall health and well-being.
