Just a reminder – Our “Just 5 Minutes” & Mind-Body for Hypermobility with Chronic Pain classes are canceled the week of June 19th, 2017 (this week!)

Classes will resume next week! Please read our important updates below concerning EDS Wellness’ weekly classes and the launch of our newly redesigned App!

Our live “Just 5 Minutes” class is held 1x a week on Wednesday’s at 2:30 pm EST (not 2x a week as before). All class videos, conference videos (Ie. Wellapalooza conference videos) and much more can also be found on the Strength/Flexibility/Health/EDS YouTube Channel – https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdecItNSmBhHUiKnckYfi4w.You can also subscribe to be notified when new videos are posted!

The “Just 5 Minutes” class page on EDS Wellness.org provides links to all edited class videos and resources discussed during each class – http://edswellness.org/just-5-minutes-class-videos-resources/ (page is currently being updated along with the entire EDS Wellness site).

Mind-Body Strategies for Hypermobility with Chronic Pain at The Mindfulness Center:

Please note – We will not have our ‘Mind-Body Strategies for Hypermobility with Chronic Pain’ class tomorrow – Thursday, June 22nd, 2017. Our class will meet again next Thursday, June 29th, 2017 at 12 pm EST. However, there is a schedule/time change beginning on Thursday, July 6th. Please read the information and message below. 

Summer is here and we are excited to announce 3 new classes to our Weekly Schedule! Join Roxanne Lerner, Aurora Hutchinson and Kendra Neilsen Myles on Thursdays, starting July 6 and get ready to become cool, calm and relaxed this summer!

12pm: Meditation with Aurora Hutchinson

Newly Redesigned EDS Wellness App!

We are excited to launch our newly redesigned App! The previous EDS Wellness App will be deleted from the iTunes and Google Play App stores by the end of July, if not before. If you previously downloaded the original version of our App, please make sure to delete it and download our new App. If you haven’t downloaded either App, please do so! It’s free!

All classes, workshops, personal appointments (including HelpLine appointments), and conferences/retreats, are accessible via the EDS Wellness App.

Donations to the “Just 5 Minutes” Initiative help support our goal to provide and send physical therapy, at home workout equipment and other “EDS Life Hacks” to patients, to help provide resources for living well and managing chronic pain. Donations also help support the making, editing, and posting of “Just 5 Minutes” class videos and the development of additional online resources through our soon-to-be-launched e-learning platform – one that anyone to utilize globally.

We also welcome donations to help support our ‘Mind-Body Strategies for Hypermobility with Chronic Pain’ program — the local, online/digital version (coming soon), and the research that will be conducted as part of this program. Every little bit helps!

All donations are 100% tax-deductible. 501(c)(3) and other business documentation is available on the EDS Wellness website.
