Information and a message below from Dr. Delia Chiaramonte, Associate Director and Director of Education, Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine concerning a new professional education training program on Integrative Medicine.
“Hello Friends and Colleagues,
I am starting a new training program for healthcare providers who want to learn very practical integrative medicine skills and I’m currently enrolling my first class, which starts in September. This is a not-for-credit program that is targeted to licensed healthcare providers (MDs, NPs, RNs, Social Workers, PTs, Dentists, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, etc) who want more tools to enhance their patient care (and self-care). The course involves 4 onsite 3-day intensives and interval online educational material. It will be easy to fit into a working life. The cost is between $3900 (early bird) and $4500 . People who work for the Univ of Maryland get a discount. CME/CEUs will be available.
