For general questions regarding Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), you may email one of our Helpline volunteers at [email protected], or use the contact submission form below. We aim to respond within 24-48hours.

By scheduling a call

The EDS Wellness HelpLine phone line is available on certain days each week, based on the availability of our volunteers. The HelpLine offers limited one on one private calls, scheduled in 15 minute time slots. Please make sure to check when the HelpLine phone line is open, as the schedule changes each week. Please remember that all private calls with HelpLine volunteers are scheduled in 15 minute increments – one session per person per day. Availability of private calls varies based on availability of our volunteers, who devote their time freely to our HelpLine. Please be courteous and cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled HelpLine call.

Please do not call our office number for HelpLine-related questions, as we will direct you back to the HelpLine email to have someone help answer your question and try to provide you the information that you are requesting.

Additional Services

Additionally, EDS Wellness offers private patient advocacy services, integrative health & wellness coaching sessions, and online group classes and seminars for nominal fees.

EDS Wellness offers each new advocacy or coaching client one private 1/2 hour health/wellness coaching session. This offer is valid for new clients only and is a different from the private calls scheduled through the HelpLine.


About EDS Wellness

EDS Wellness is a non-profit organization promoting health education, integrative healthcare, and wellness strategies for living well with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), through print and digital media resources and materials, including seminars, webinars, conferences, coaching and patient advocacy.

EDS Wellness provides education on various movement, nutrition, and mind-body techniques by collaborating with healthcare practitioners and like-minded organizations, to improve the quality of life and overall well-being of individuals living with EDS, other hypermobility syndromes, and connective tissue disorders, and related chronic medical conditions.

EDS Wellness collaborates with other organizations and healthcare practitioners on various projects associated with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and its related conditions, to provide information and resources for those living with EDS and the medical professionals who care for them. EDS Wellness focuses on helping patients live well while living with EDS and its comorbid health conditions.


EDS Wellness, Inc. does not have physicians in our employ, and we operate under the direction of our director, counsel from our board, and through the assistance of volunteers. The EDS Wellness Helpline is run by our director and volunteers, not by EDS health care providers or specialists.  Contacting our Helpline implies an understanding that any information provided is not a substitute for medical advice or care by a professional. You are responsible for your health, wellness, and healthcare.

Wellapalooza Integrative Health & Wellness Conferences, Just 5 Minutes, Moving Naturally with Hypermobility seminars, and EDS Ride for a Cause, are all affiliates and individual projects under EDS Wellness, Inc. EDS Wellness, Inc., its subsidiaries, and projects, all serve as online resources to assist individuals and healthcare providers in learning ways to manage the health and well-being of those living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and its comorbidities. We are not physicians; however, we provide print and digital media educational resources, share up-to-date information and research on Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and related conditions, and offer individualized wellness coaching, training, education and consulting services, and general patient advocacy.
