If immediate assistance or urgent medical attention is needed, it is imperative to always seek help from a qualified provider first or call 911. See also Emergency/Trauma. Via Appointment (members only)

Please do not call our office number for HelpLine-related questions or to make a phone appointment if you are a member, as we will direct you back to the HelpLine email to have someone help answer your question and try to provide you the information that you are requesting. Please refer to our Open Phone Line Calendar for weekly HelpLine hours (non-members), or see below. 

About the HelpLine

Open HelpLine Phone Hours: 

The EDS Wellness HelpLine offers limited weekly open phone line hours (see schedule). Please make sure to check HelpLine open phone line hours, as the schedule often changes and is limited to specific days or hours each week. You can also email helpline@edswellness.org, or use contact form provided on the left side of the HelpLine page.

Phone & Video Support Appointments: 

HelpLine appointments & live phone support are reserved for our members – per membership description (see memberships). One-on-one appointments are faciliated via phone, video chat service or another conferencing platform (see privacy policy & disclaimer). HelpLine appointments are scheduled in 15 minute time slots; however, follow-up via email support is provided. Additional HelpLine appointments are also available as needed, based on availability and membership description. To schedule an appointment, please go to HelpLine Appointments.

Consulting & networking appointments are also availalbe for medical providers, educators, allied healthcare proffessionals, and corporations. We also welcome HelpLine appointments to connect with our sister nonprofit organizations. EDS Wellness thrives on professional collaboration and sharing support resources between the communities we each individually serve and others in need.

Reminders & Policies:

Availability of private calls varies based on availability of our volunteers, who devote their time freely to our HelpLine. Please be courteous and cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled HelpLine call. Excessive cancelations within the policy period stated, may require a deposit to make future appointments.
